About Us

Meet Our Founder

HomeBridge Therapy was founded by Vanessa Saintil, M.S., CCC-SLP, TSSLD, a bilingual speech-language pathologist licensed in Florida, New York, and New Jersey. Vanessa’s journey into speech-language pathology began at a young age, inspired by helping her own parents overcome language barriers after immigrating from Haiti. That personal experience instilled a deep belief in the power of communication to change lives. Today, she carries that same passion into her professional work—supporting children, adolescents, and adults in building bridges to clearer, more confident communication.

Vanessa earned her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from CUNY Brooklyn College, where she gained extensive clinical experience across pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. Her training included both in-person and teletherapy placements, with a focus on autism spectrum disorder, speech sound disorders, and language-based learning disabilities. Vanessa has provided speech and language services in schools, outpatient clinics, and through teletherapy, supporting clients across the lifespan. In school settings, she has worked closely with teachers, parents, and IEP teams to help children succeed academically and socially. In clinic and private practice, she has supported children with autism, speech sound disorders, and language delays, using both low-tech and high-tech AAC systems. Through teletherapy, she has delivered engaging and effective services to children and adults, making therapy accessible across different states.

Fluent in English and Haitian Creole Vanessa combines her clinical expertise, multicultural perspective, and family-centered approach to deliver therapy that is not only evidence-based, but also culturally sensitive and empowering.
